Allow a "two-state" solution for the United States, akin to what people want for Israel and Palestine

Those of us who voted for Mitt Romney to be our President don't want to be saddled with higher taxes for programs or endeavors we believe to be anathema to the Constitution. We don't want to be compelled to support endeavors such as Planned Parenthood, Public Broadcasting Service/National Public Radio, or any kind of welfare to anyone who is more than able to fend for himself/herself. We want oil and coal exploration instead of tax increases, and to promote productivity. Those who voted for Obama/Biden are free to have that administration and pursue laws and agendas that fit their vision of things; we who picked Romney/Ryan would like to have an administration of our own operating at the same time, with laws and agendas conducive to our vision of things.
