By allowing Ukrainians to enter the USA visa-free, for all purposes other than education and employment this would increase tourism and allow for future prospective investment opportunities into Eastern Europe by reaching an predominantly untapped market for American goods and services.
Removing the need for K3/K4 visas would allow U.S. citizens and their immediate families to return to the USA and contribute to helping sustain and rebuild the American economy. The K3/K4 visas limit family unification and require U.S. citizens to separate from their families for undisclosed periods of time before being permitted to live as a cohesive family unit. Thus, causing undue stress on the families and limiting the money spent within the borders of the U.S. on consumer goods.
