Allow the unborn to have the right to live. Stop abortion and create a better system to give unwanted babies to Adopters

This petition has the goal of giving a voice to the millions of unborn children who are killed each year, by implementing a ban on abortion and creating a better system for giving unwanted children to adopting families. The ban should stop all abortions unless the pregnancy is life threatening to the mother. Mothers who state they do not want the baby should be put in contact with adoption agencies and start the process of choosing a family for their child. Pregnant women need a system that allows them to contact adoption agencies and a system that is "user friendly". This kind of a system will need to be put in place in order for the ban on abortion to be successful.
