Fetuses are viable human beings as proven by ultrasound technology and a fetus should enjoy the same rights and priviledges as everyone else under the Constitution of the United States of America. Abortion on demand is the act of murder on the innocent and defenseless citizens of America and must be banned from a civilized society. The Life at Conseption Act must be signed into law making the taking of an innocent human life through abortion a crime of murder and punishable by the full extent of the law.
