I'm a proud American, 26 years old, living in a foreign country for 19 years. I came here in 1993 with my parents and grandmother, when she decided to live the last days of her life here, and since she was elderly we just couldn't let her come by herself.
Time has gone by, my sister was born and, my grandmother has passed away. My parents where legal Green-Card holders, but due to the time we are out of Home (USA) these have expired. Now we wish to return Home (USA) to "rejoin" our family.
I know I can sponsor my parents, but my sister's(under-aged) green card will take much longer to be approved. Under-aged siblings of U.S. citizens should be considered as immediate relatives. God Bless us all.
