Once you discharge from the military without retiring or any disability you are no longer granted access to the military PX or Commissary. Though you may have deployed if you do not retire or have a disability (occurred while in the military) you are no longer provided access. These benefits should be provided to all Veterans regardless of current status. All veterans have placed their life on the line and should have the right to the amenities.
