By signing this petition you are advising that you wish to have the national right to carry your firearm open or concealed in order to have the ability to protect your self and those around you in the event of any shooting event. Also advising that you would be willing to take a marksmanship course once or twice a year to earn a marksmanship license with the firearm you wish to carry for defense. By doing so you will have a permit showing you are effective with that firearm and are allowed to carrying that firearm into any building that you wish to carry it in as long as it is holstered. Except for a federal building such as a post office or bank.
