allow the Upper Peninsula of Michigan to become a part of Wisconsin.

I feel that the Upper Peninsula of the state of Michigan deserves to be a part of Wisconsin. Not only does Wisconsin share more border with the U.P., but also the culture of the U.P. matches that of Wisconsin's more than Michigan's.
