Allow US BORN Citizens to join a native American tribe if approval by that tribe WITH DUAL citizenship.

Created by D.L. on January 30, 2014

Allow US BORN Citizens to join a native American tribe if approval by that tribe WITH DUAL citizenship but still pay federal and state income taxes. If there are any monies due the tribe, the dual citizen must pay the tribe on a yearly preset schedule. This would provide additional income for the tribe to be used on education and health/welfare. All tribes would be treated equally regardless of other incomes. Again, ONLY US BORN CITIZENS could apply. The citizen and legal US BORN spouse and US BORN children under 18 would be considered the same.
