Allow U.S. citizens, diagnosed with terminal illnesses, use of ANY medicine or medical device that may preserve life.

If granted, this petition would allow U.S. citizens, diagnosed by competent authority as having a terminal illnesses, the right to use any medicine or medical device (at the patient's own risk) that may preserve their life as guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution. Medicines and medical devices that have not yet been approved by the FDA would be available to terminally ill patients only when the patient physically consents to use of the medicine or device.
