Allow U.S. citizens to grow and use marijuana in their own homes.

Why not allow americans who choose, to use marijuana recreationally that came from their own garden in their own home. It would effectivly end the need for importing it from elsewhere, and stop the violence from the cartels who, kill whole families to acheive a goal of just just getting marijuana to american users and our money funds their weapons; yes the death of innocent people caught in the crossfire is funded by people who use marijuana because THEY CANNOT LEGALLY PRODUCE THEIR OWN. Can no one see that the harsh laws are causing more of a problem for us than the plant itself. If a user could grow his own; THE USER COULD COME HOME AND USE WITH NO LAW BROKEN AND NO VICTIM WITH NO CRIME AND NO WORRY OF PROSECUTION OR INPRISONMENT
