Allow US Citizens to nominate and elect the proposed "Martial Law" Governers, rather than having it DICTATED to us.

This is still America, and our constitution still stands, whether this administration can read it properly or not. This is not supposed to be a dictatorship, even though the citizens have allowed new bills and acts to be dictated to us and passed through coersion. We are facing hard financial times, and with television pushing the buttons to stoke racial tensions and create individualism, we are surely headed for civil unrest. Many have claimed that this administration won't leave office now that they're in place, and the FEMA zoning act has allowed the president to choose the Czars(dictators) to "rule" over 10 zones in America. We have lost all control over government, and any corruption that is in place will cling to the power as long as it can. Citizens have the right to vote for CZARS!
