This is not a petition of secession from the United States.
This is a petition to nullify my “entitlement” to Medicare, Social Security, or any other “entitlements” from the U.S. Government; exemption from any other future taxes or mandates from the U.S. Government; and to discontinue any and all future obligation to the U.S. National debt. In exchange, I will pay a flat tax to the U.S Government never to exceed a combined 10% of my earnings by any means, including: income, dividends, capital gains, inheritance, gifts, and any other means not listed.
The 10% tax will only be directed at functions of the U.S Government specified in Article 1, Section 8 of the U.S Constitution, including non-interventionist national defense.
