This petition is to allow US citizens, willing to take accountability for their own future, the RIGHT to opt of paying taxes to fund the social security program and invest their harding working income into mediums they feel can insure the stability of their own retirement future. For example: IRA's, Stocks, etc.
While this petition is NOT limited to citizens under the age of 30, many financial sources have cited, using the age of 30, that social security benefits/resources will have been exhausted by the time those citizens have reached of retirement age. With this information publicly available, it is a gamble for those entering or already in the work force to fund a program that may/may not be available in the years to come.
