To allow the US Citizens to vote on mandating Term Limits for elected officials serving in the U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate during the November 2016 election.
Term will be no more than 4 years of consecutive service, after which, the elected official will need to be free from serving in either role for a period of 4 years at which time they are eligible to be re-elected.
