Many people who enlisted in the U.S. Military and maintained exemplary records during their enlistment have been forcibly discharged from the U.S. Armed forces regardless of their desires to remain a member of the armed forces.
Some persons have even been unwillingly discharged from military service so early in their enlistment that they are considered "Entry-Level Separations" & are denied all benefits afforded to those who have served in the U.S. Armed forces.
We the people the the U.S. request that the Obama Administration require all Military Branches to allow persons who previously enlisted in the U.S. Military to reenlist so long as their discharges were considered "uncharacterized, Honorable, or General." Should their MOS/Rank be unavailable, we request they be allowed to retrain.
