We the parents of Ssgt Ingles DosReis was lied to by the Air Force in Aviano, Italy and knew what the S.O.F.A was and never mentioned the word Medical. We arrived within 24 hours of our sons passing and insisting that we see our son at an Italian morgue where he was pronounced dead. We saw our beautiful son asleep on a guerny. Our only son gone at the age of 22 as if this is not bad enough, we were told that on Monday, we had to go to ID his body in front of the Udine MP's. They did not want me to go but something said; go! We arrived at the Morgue to find our son so badly decomposed and smelled. They left our son alone, they lied about saying the word medical. Sorry I was an LPN at the time. Our son remained in a hot basement. Imagine your son/ daughter decomposed & shown to his parents.
