Allow U.S. Residents To Adopt Children On A Moral Bias Rather Than A Judgement Of Gender Or Sexual Orientation

Many U.S. states do not allow non-heterosexual couples to adopt children. There are many unwanted children in the world, and an equally outstanding amount of people who wish to adopt but cannot. It is allowed that single parents may adopt a child, and that child could be raised equally as well or even better by two parents, no matter the gender or orientation.
