Congress is trying to find new ways to protect our service members from the persistent threats from ISIS. Service members would be allowed to carry personal firearms and require qualification (just like everything else) and a universal license that will allowed in every state that has a military base.
How are we going to be called the ARMED forces when only Military Police are the only ones armed?
