United States territories, especially Guam, Peurto Rico, and US Virgin Islands deserve proper legal representation/human rights. All voters and US citizens must be allowed to cast thier popular vote for president of the United States. There is virtually no reason residents of US Territories should not be allowed to vote. They are friendly people with a stable democratic government similar to Hawaii. A small population is no excuse to deny basic human rights.
