Allow us "WE THE PEOPLE" to cast our vote on recognition of Same-Sex Marriage in 2016.

Created by J.R. on September 16, 2015

Earlier this year the US Supreme Court spoke and handed down their ruling on Same-Sex Marriage but throughout America there is still a lot of disagreement. Some feel the US Supreme Court has overstepped their boundary because the US Supreme Court should not be creating law but interpreting the law. Whether the disagreement is on Same-Sex Marriage in general or the issue of taking the power away from the state and making this ruling federal law - WE THE PEOPLE should have the right to cast our own vote on the subject of recognition of Same-Sex Marriage.

With the upcoming 2016 Presidential Election a simple question should be on the ballot for voters to cast their vote on so that we can get a clear answer to the question of where America actually stands on recognition of Same-Sex Marriage
