Allow the U.S. workforce an OPTIONAL four weeks of vacation; together or spread apart. Much like other countries.

Created by N.C. on March 12, 2014

The employees within the United States workforce should be able to pick and choose to take either a four week period off of work; or spread the vacations apart. Families miss funerals, lose chemistry, and become overly stressed dealing with impolite customers.
I proposed this as optional, because, not all careers are as physically and mentally daunting as others. Employees can choose to either spend more time at work to be more financially sound if they are paid hourly. Most likely those who earn their pay via salary will make use of these vacation days.
A large portion of this country works in retail, seeing how nothing is made in the United States any longer. Working in retail is very stressful and can lead to anxiety and fatigue.
This is a major plus for families!
