Allow the use and marketing of Unlimited Energy Dynamos

To free the development, design, marketing and construction of the Torus Dynamo, an unlimited, free, clean energy generator. This would not only curtail the Energy Crisis, but allow the United States to free itself from foreign Fossil Fuel dependancy. With these generators, the United States would stand on the leading edge of Energy technology, far beyond any other nation of the world. Not only would this eliminate our dependency on Fossil Fuels, however: it would also eliminate need for Radioactive element resources required by conventional Nuclear Generators.
