Allow the use of all terrain vehicles (atv's) to be used on public streets, the same way we are allowed to use bicycles. They will be beneficial when going back and forth to work, when it's icy or snowy, and they help save on gas. They are safer than bicycles, motorcycles, scooters, etc. And they are quite affordable.
