Allow for the use of cloning to both save the Northern Whit Rhino and demonstrate the use of the process.

Recently the "countdown to extinction" has started on the subspecies of rhino know as the northern white rhino. The death of one of the only two left breeding males leaves only 6 left in existence. We the people petiton the Obama administration to fund an institution for the cloning of these doomed creatures.
