allow the use of current 401k's to be used towards student loan repayment without incurring penalty's for early withdraw

Created by J.W. on September 12, 2013

The burden of student loan debt prevents individuals from buying homes and starting their lives. Individuals with 401k's should be able to withdraw any amount of that money, penalty free and without requiring repayment to the fund, and use it to pay down/off their student loan burden.

By allowing this, individuals can tap into a fund designed to give them future stability and security and provide themselves with that stability and security now, relieving a burden some cannot manage.
