We the people, find that the only defense for a Cargo Vessel at the moment is fire hoses, and flare guns. This should change immediately. Off the African Coast and even in other areas, ships and crew are being taken hostage by pirates, and being held for ransom. How is it fair to protect themselves against a automatic rifle with a fire hose? Sign this petition, and help save sailors lives.
