Please create a comment section for each petition, both open and closed. This would allow the American public to voice their true opinions and beliefs to their peers. It should be similar to Youtube's, which is one of the most hhghly trafficked sites on the internet.
A comment section would allow citizens to express their approval or disapproval of a petition as well as comment on petitions which were already responded to.
The 1st Amendment guarantees free speech. Without a comment section there is no guarantee that the people of the United States are able to express their opinions and positions freely. A comment section needs to be added to ensure freedom of speech is still valid.
