Allow the USPS to go to 5 day a week delivery ONLY in exchange for delivering on federal holidays.

The congress should allow the U.S. postal service to go to monday through friday delivery. However, the USPS most be required to deliver on certain federal holidays that they currently get off.
In exchange for being allowed to go to 5 day a week delivery the USPS must deliver on: Martin Luther King Jr day, Washington's Birthday (President's Day), Columbus Day, Veteran's Day.
The only holidays on which the Postal Service would NOT deliver would be: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
