allow vehicles 15 years or older instead of 25+ be legally used without a safety inspection or emission inspection

This petition was made to possible get the president to allow vehicles 15 years or older be eligible for driving in the United States without a safety or emissions inspection. I am request ing this because when military families are stationed abroad they should be able to purchase a vehicle only 15 years old and import it back to the United States and be able to drive it Also, this would allow any American to buy older classic vehicles abroad and drive them here in the United States which would be good for trade and increase tax revenue for the government.
