allow the Veteran's Administration Medical Centers to accept Medicare as payment

The VA Medical cannot accept Medicare insurance as payment for the copay requirements. We must pay the $105/month out of our Social Security benefit but we cannot use the Medicare at VAMC for any reason.
The VA should be allowed to accept Medicare just like the civilian medical providers
