Allow the Veterans Administration to prescribe medical marijuana for veterans with chronic pain, and severe PTSD

Created by T.P. on November 28, 2012

Due to the VA being a federal department of healthcare for our veterans, the doctors should be able to prescribe medical marijuana and veterans should be able to obtain their card to carry only enough or have enough for personal use, I am a veteran and I am being the voice for many veterans, there is many more benefits from it for PTSD, chronic back pain and anxiety disorders than all the FDA approved medications that the VA shove at us and expect it to help the problem when in all reality the side effects cause new problems that require more FDA approved medicines, my stomach is severely ulcerated from the amount of medications I have been on since I got in the VA system. I speak for all veterans when I say we're tired of being walking pharmacies.
