Create a new federal concealed carry permit that would allow Veterans of U.S. Military service, after rigorous initial testing and supplemental yearly training and testing, to carry concealed firearms in all areas knowns as "Gun Free Zones".
We have well trained and expertly qualified people whom everyday are forced to leave their sidearms at home due to laws which criminals do not follow themselves.
Our country needs volunteer protection, and I know no better volunteers to accept than the ones whom have volunteered previously for such details, with the skill and discipline not to shoot, as well as to shoot when needed.
