Veterans have proudly served their country. Yet many veterans have to work on Veterans Day. This law would require employers to allow veterans to have the day off, with pay on Veterans Day. This is a way to truly say "Thank you" to our veterans. This is a small price to pay for the great sacrifices that our veterans have made for the citizens of the United States of America.
