Allow veterans the option to pursue healthcare outside of the VA healthcare system as a benefit for serving

Right now across the united states the waiting time for veterans to see a primary care provider is 6-12 months! Veterans have inflicted uncommon injuries and illnesses due to 2 wars and need medical attention. We are asking this administration to allow veterans to find healthcare outside of the sometimes flawed VA healthcare system and allow it to be covered by the VA in the same way medicare or private insurance would allow you to pick a healthcare provider
