Recently, Congress passed the National Defense Authorization Act 2016. In this law, they included language that will prevent Veterans from collecting unemployment while attending school full time under the GI Bill. According to congressional members, they considered that to be "double-dipping". This is not the case, the men and women who have selflessly served this nation during a time of war, should be allowed to collect every benefit available to them.
