allow veterans residing in Puerto Rico and other territories to be able to have presidential vote.

Created by M.B. on November 23, 2014

The large amount of veterans who reside in Puerto Rico and other possessions, should have the ability to vote on all Federal Elections process. The based for such action, should be based only on the special constitutional citizenship United States Veterans have in our country. Many of these veterans had fought or stood as guardians for our beloved nation.

As a recognition for their duty and commitment to our country, no veteran should be prohibited to participate in the most basic right a US Citizen should have and endure; to have the right to vote on all Federal Elections process, if they do reside in a US Territory or Posession.
