Allow for veterans who are disabled and can no longer work to transfer their educational benefits to their spouses.

As a spouse to a veteran with 100% disability I have now become the bread winner of our family. At 27 years old I am responsible for being my husbands and childrens care giver. My husband will never be able to work another day in his life. I now have responsibilities of the house, kids, bills, their health, and now a career. This petition is for the spouses trying to balance these same problems. We are unique because of all the added stresses that come with a vet. require more out of a spouse than you can imagine. PTSD, anxiety, anger, depression, physical limitations and disabilities, are just to name few. Please allow spouses to use the educational benefits our disabled veteran has rightfully earned. Let veterans transfer their unused college benefits to their spouses!
