Allow vets with OTH discharges to be seen by the VA hospitals for screenings of possible military health issues.

I am a Desert Shield/Storm vet who received a other than honorable discharge. Because of this, the VA hospital will not allow me to get a screening to find out if ongoing health issues may have been caused by military service. Over the past 18yrs, I have developed issues that affect ALL parts of my body. All my civilian doctors label me a medical mystery because they can't figure out the cause of issues. I have never received any type of screening after Gulf War. So I respectfully ask that I, and vets like myself, be allowed to be seen by the VA hospital for screening, evaluation, and possible treatment, regardless of discharge. We put everything on the line for the country we love, only to be banned from the one place that might be able to help us. Please do whats right, don't forget us.
