Allow viable third-party candidates to be seated in presidential debates.

Created by A.W. on November 15, 2012

The Presidential debate system is a 'Catch 22,' where candidates' views are unknown, therefore they have little support. To make their views known they must have at least 5% national support in order to be represented in a debate. The Commission for Presidential Debates must loosen their restrictions to end the vicious cycle.
