When judges, attorneys, prosecutors, court reporters, and other officials know there will be a permanent record of what they say and do; they may be less apt to abuse and misuse their positions of power in an unethical and/or unlawful way.
Something must be done to curb injustice by small town powers who routinely use their position to
*Bully defendants
*Fail to allow defendants rights to fair trial, counsel, information
*Push cases aside and through, knowing counsel is inadequate, unfairly misrepresented
*Failing to recuse themselves, or even make anyone aware of cases where they have a conflict of interest, know opposing parties, have an advantage to one sides outcome.
*Predetermined judgements, biases
