Many Vietnam Veterans, exposed to the dangerous chemical Agent Orange during their service in the Vietnam War, suffer from the effects in the form of Kidney Cancer and/or End Stage Renal Disease. These result often in death of the Veterans, or a lifetime on dialysis, creating emotional, physical and financial hardship, pain and suffering on the veteran and his/her family. While the V.A. Doctors will often verbalize to veterans that their kidney issues could 'more likely than not' be due to exposure to Agent Orange, the Veterans Administration has continued to deny claims for compensation for this tragic illness. The Kidneys filter the blood, it is ignorance and cruel to continue to deny that these veterans are deserving of having the Kidney Cancer and E.S.R.D. Recognized as compensable.
