Allow Virginia to peacefully remove itself from the Union of these United States.

That the legal citizens of the Commonwealth of Virginia be allowed to remove themselves from the governing powers of the central government of the United States of America and form there own self governing body and be allowed to join with other states or commonwealths that have removed themselves from the central governing body of the United States of America. Additionally, that the Commonwealth of Virginia be allow to re-petition the United States of America for reinstatement into the union at such time deemed advantageous by the legal citizens of the Commonwealth of Virginia and that no legal or punitive action be undertaken by the United States of America against anyone seeking this petition of separation/removal either now or in the future.
