When the Fore founders of our great nation were drafting our government, Virginia was at the forefront of all. Other states looked up to Virginia as a leader of unity, courage, and perseverance. Unfortunately, this image was shattered with the Great Split of 1863. Nearly cut in half, neither West Virginia nor Virginia could ever regain what they had given up.
For this, I propose the creation of a Super Virginia. This will require differences to be cast aside, and the two cultures shall revel together in one of the greatest marriages of states of all time.
We set August 1st, 2015 as the New Beginning: the day that the Virginias will merge together and reclaim all lost glory!
