The people of Virginia ratified the Constitution of the United States of America, adopted by them in convention on the 25th of June, in the year of our Lord 1788, having declared that it is our duty to uphold said rights and liberties of man, we do request peaceful secession so that we may continue to use our rights without fear of reprimand from the Gov.
