We the people of the United States of America believe we have the right to healthcare just as Obama and his administration has made quite clear. However, the right to qualify for healthcare and the right to choose to enroll in the healthcare you qualify for should fall hand in hand. No one should be forced to sign up for healthcare then be fined or penalized if they choose not to. Healthcare is important and every one of us deserves the right to have quality healthcare that doesn't exclude anyone based on preexisting conditions or your financial status. If the Affordable Care Act is a good healthcare opportunity then people wouldn't have to be forced into signing up. People would see it's potential and hop on the band wagon all on their own.
