Allow volunteer firefighter to go through red lights with due regard in order to respond to the scene of a call.

This petition is focused on volunteer firefighters responding to alarms. As of right now, volunteer firefighters can display blue light while responding to calls but cannot go through red lights or have a siren in their personal vehicle. As a volunteer firefighter this petition would allow us firefighters to get to the scene of a fire quicker, extinguish a fire quicker before it could spread and cause more damage to a persons house and possible endanger the homeowners life.
