The VA is overloaded with disability claims, with the result that many deserving vets are waiting over a year for their claims to be processed, causing terrible, unmerited hardship on these patriotic public servants. The VA should find a way to recruit and train volunteers to help clear the backlog of bureaucratic paperwork that stands between our veterans and their legitimate benefits.
