Allow Voters to change Political Affiliations during the New York State Primary due to the rampant issues prior to 03/25

This petition is a direct response to the rampant and undemocratic Voter Suppression occurring, both before the NY deadline of March 25th, and during the Arizona Primary. With the record setting first time voters and early inconsistencies afflicting, both potential and repeat, NY voters, We MUST preemptively draw attention and awareness to this problem to prevent the debacle that was the Arizona Primary in NY, a massively critical primary in the Democratic Nomination.
