allow votes of "No Confidence" to be valid in the 2012 Election so the American people can vote to get a new government.

Created by S.D. on November 26, 2011

The American people should be able to and have their votes of "No Confidence" be counted in the 2012 Presidential Election. If the entry of "No Confidence" should win the 2012 election, the American people should be able to form a new government. The most diverse nation on Earth cannot possibly be represented effectively with just two parties any longer. The current "First-Past-The-Post" or "Winner-Take-All" system is outdated and is creating more and more extremism in our society and is distracting our legislature and our people from the real issues we face. A parliamentary system would utilize our diversity much more effectively, allow for more cooperation and represent more people more precisely, as well as having the effect of getting more people involved in the electoral process.
